Manager / Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting

Job Description

Flix11 (Pvt) Ltd, a disruptive technology player in the Security Industry for over 25 years, specializing in total ICT solutions, is seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Manager / Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting.


Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash flow management, financial reporting, supply chain management and tax compliance.
Offer direction and assistance to the senior management team in financial matters, aiding in decision-making and promoting the enhancement of financial performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and reports.
Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and accounting standards, and maintain effective internal controls.
Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, providing mentorship and guidance.


Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Professional qualification in Accounting (e.g. ICASL, CIMA, ACCA) is highly preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting, preferably in the IT industry.
Strong financial acumen with a deep understanding of financial principles, practices, and procedures.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make sound recommendations.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor a team.
Proficiency in accounting software, Expert in Excel, and Good Presentation skills
